The commands are just the following:
sudo flashrom -w newbios --programmer internal
The operation is successful, BIOS content is replaced and the computer can reboot successfully.
sudo flashrom -r compare --programmer internal
I later checked their SHA256 and found they¡¯re different. So what happened? Did the internal programmer modify the content?

Did the internal programmer modify the content?
It's likely that something else wrote to the ROM (management engine,
embedded controller, BIOS, etc), especially during after doing a
reboot cycle.

Sorry, it probably isn¡¯t flashrom problem. Some mainboards like ASUS put the debug information into the chip. To ensure that nothing is wrong, using an external programmer may be better.
